On behalf of the Vietnam Veterans of America - Pinellas County Chapter 522, I extend to you an invitation to participate with us in a worthwhile cause. We are sponsoring a golf tournament where the proceeds will go towards the Harrah College Scholarship Fund and also provide support to our veterans. The College fund was established to benefit local high school graduates in honor of our dear friend, business colleague, and community leader, Dwight Harrah, who passed away. The Chapter provides cash grants to needy veterans, programs and services supporting paralyzed veterans, and various events in the community. The tournament will take place on Sunday afternoon, May 2, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the MacDill Air Force South Course in Tampa, Florida. Our goal for this year’s event is to raise $10,000. Our ability to succeed in reaching this goal is dependent on our efforts to create and expand a sponsorship program with companies and organizations such as yours. In return you will not only benefit from supporting such a worthwhile cause but also have the opportunity to promote your company to members of our organization and business partners.
